Privacy for Course & Cove requests

Course & Cove is responsible for the Course & Cove request experience. Only the information shown in the form is sent when you choose its final request action.

A yacht request combines the editable charter brief, its summary and the contact details shown in that journey. You review the trip details before its contact step and the combined summary before choosing the final request action. Exact-yacht requests are encrypted and stored for authorised Course & Cove review.

The general Course Check preview can save your planning answers in this tab's session storage for up to two hours, and you can clear them with the available control.

General, existing-request and privacy enquiries, including the question you enter, are encrypted and stored for Course & Cove to review. Course & Cove may use your selected email, text or call route to respond to that request. Submitting the form does not by itself verify ownership of the email address or phone number and is not consent to promotional marketing.

When you submit a charter brief, Charter Yacht, our charter partner, receives your brief and contact details so its broker can call about the trip, confirm availability and send a written quote. The partner handles the contract and payment. Course & Cove never takes payment. This is not consent to promotional marketing.

• occasion, destination, timing, flexibility, duration and whole-charter budget;
• adults, children, cabin count and structured privacy preferences;
• the selected yacht and chosen experience when the request begins from a yacht page;
• for general contact: the request reason, name and email, with optional phone, preferred response route, the question you enter and any yacht or destination carried into the form;
• the contact details shown in the charter-request journey; and
• limited landing-page attribution, such as campaign or click identifiers, when present in the page address.

Course & Cove uses Google Analytics on website pages to measure visits and the charter quiz journey. It receives page paths, quiz events such as a session start or completed enquiry, and limited trip fields such as destination and group size. Campaign and click identifiers are included when they arrive with a visit. We do not send your name, email, mobile number or the private results link to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may use cookies to recognise a visit, and Google signals and advertising personalisation are enabled for aggregated reporting. See our cookie notice.

Course & Cove uses Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure which advertising led to an enquiry. They receive the page address and a completed-enquiry signal. For Google Ads enhanced conversions we send a hashed, normalised form of the email address you entered, never the address itself. We do not put your submitted contact details into the Meta Lead event. Meta may collect page and product details automatically through its pixel. You can turn both off for this browser from the cookie notice.

The structured charter brief does not ask for free-text medical, mobility or family details. Do not put payment-card information, medical details or other sensitive personal information into the general contact question. Necessary details can be discussed after contact is established through an appropriate channel.

Submitted request information is scheduled for deletion after no more than 90 days unless a shorter operational period or a longer legal obligation applies. The approved handling regions are: Vercel infrastructure; encrypted lead records are stored in Sydney, Australia.

To ask for access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, use the Course & Cove contact route. Privacy questions can also use the privacy request route, and follow-ups to a submitted request can use the existing-request route. A final charter contract may create separate legal retention obligations for our charter brokerage partner.
