Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics measures page visits and the charter quiz journey. It may set first-party cookies to recognise a visit. Google signals and advertising personalisation are enabled, so Analytics can include signed-in Google data in aggregated reporting. We send page paths, quiz events and limited trip and campaign details, but no name, email or mobile number. The private results link is excluded from the page address sent to Analytics. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel measure which advertising led to an enquiry. They load on site pages, may set their own cookies, and receive the page address and a completed-enquiry signal. Meta's pixel can automatically collect additional page and product details. For Google Ads enhanced conversions we send a hashed, normalised form of the email address you entered — never the address itself — and never to Meta or to Google Analytics.

When a visit includes a campaign or click identifier, a first-party cookie named course_cove_campaign keeps the validated details for up to 90 days. This lets the charter enquiry retain the source of the visit when you move between pages.

The charter quiz can keep a draft and a submitted reference in this tab's session storage so you can continue the journey and see your receipt. This storage is limited to your browser session.

Use the advertising switch above to stop Google Ads and the Meta Pixel in this browser; Google Analytics keeps running. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect saved quiz progress or visit measurement, but you can still browse the site. For questions about your information, use the privacy request route.
